Education & Qualifications

Essential

  • Good standard of education
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health or Social Care (or working towards)

Experience

Essential

  • 2 years experience of working with a vulnerable client group
  • Experience/working knowledge of working with mental health issues over a variety of diagnoses
  • Experience of working with people outside of current organisation
  • Experience of dealing with agencies
  • Experience of working autonomously and managing own workload
  • Experience of supporting and working as part of a team
  • Experience of supporting people with problems
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office package
