This service aims to deliver individually designed care and support to enable people to lead independent, meaningful lives as active members of the community. We work in partnership with the people we support, their family and friends and will encourage their active involvement, ensuring their views and comments are listened to and acted upon. Our experienced and well trained staff provide individualised care and Positive Behavioural Support to promote independence and choice.
