We also hold quarterly GEM (Glenholme Employee of the Month) awards for colleagues across the company who has gone above and beyond and deserve some recognition. The GEM award winner receives a wonderful trophy and a cash prize of £250. We believe in encouraging you to develop your skills and giving you the possibility to progress your career in care.
